万山特区在落实党建工作责任制实践中,逐步形成了领导责任、目标管理、经费保障、监督考核等一系列有效机制。但还存在认识不到位、机制不健全等问题,必须探索一系列适应新形势下党建工作新要求的对策。

To practice the work responsibility system of Party construction, Wan Shan SAR Committee has gradually formed a series of effective mechanisms in leadership responsibility, objective management, fund guarantee, and supervision and assessment. However,there are still some problems such as incomplete understanding, imperfect system, so it is a must to explore a series of measures that adapt to new requirements for the Party building in the new situation.
