In the late 1970s and the early 1980s,Wanli led mammoth rural reform in Anhui which raised all the reform prologue in new period.He summarized and analyzed the important historic significance of the rural reform ideal in Anhui.There is no doubt that this was great useful to advance the reform and open policy,build socialism new countryside.
