乡村两级人口与计划生育干部队伍素质的高低,直接关系到人口与计划生育服务水平和工作成效。目前,铜仁地区乡村两级人口与计划生育干部队伍还存在一些亟待改进的问题。本文旨在对如何改进这一问题做出些初步探讨。

The quality of population and family planning cadres the township and village, is directly related to population and family planning services and the effectiveness of the work. At present, there are still some problems that must be improved urgently in the township and village level cadre team in Tongren Prefecture. In this paper, the author tries to discuss how to improve the quality of population and family planning cadres the township and village.
