As a least-developed and least opened area, Tongren Prefecture must not only follow the guidance of Scientific Concept of Development to make comprehensive analysis of the current regional urban planning difficulties and problems, but focus on the establishment of the town planning, urban nature, scale and development orientation, make rational use of urban land, coordinate urban space layout according to the 'double industrial belt and double economic cycle' development strategy, hence promote economic and society develop well and fast.
