摘要
乡镇政府是我国最基层的地方行政组织,与广大农村联系密切,建设服务型乡镇政府,是提高政府管理能力的要求。通过对当前建设服务型政府过程中存在的问题及其原因的研究,找到建设服务型乡镇政府的对策具有重要意义。
Improving governance requires us to build service-oriented town government.It is vital significance to found the countermeasure of constructing service-oriented town government by studying questions and reasons which exist in the current service government construction process.
