县域廉政文化建设的难点及对策

On Difficulty and Countermeasure of County Territory Honest Government Cultural Reconstruction

加强廉政文化建设是党中央加强党风廉政建设和反腐败工作,构筑拒腐防变教育长效机制的重要创新举措;同时也是为县域经济社会发展创造良好的环境重要环节。为此,本文结合县域廉政文化建设的实际,就县域廉政文化建设的难点进行了深入剖析,并从正确处理"三个关系"、建立联络协调长效机制、创新机制和注重整体与局部的结合等五个方面提出了加强廉政文化建设的对策。

This article unifies the county territory honest government cultural reconstruction with the reality,thoroughly analyzed the difficulty lies in the reconstruct process.The author proposed countermeasures to enhance the reconstruction from correct processing 'three relations',establish contact coordination and persistent effect mechanism,innovation mechanism and pay attention to overall and partial union.
