"十二五"和新一轮西部大开发时期,国家将加大开发西部地区和集中连片贫困地区、少数民族聚居区。这为铜仁地区加速发展实现跨越提供了良好机遇。新时期,推进铜仁地区跨越式发展应当抢抓五个机遇,解放思想、改革创新、营造环境、提高执行力。
