今年是中国共产党成立90周年,执政62年,伟大的中国共产党对如何长期执好政、掌好权、不变色进行了成功探索,积累了有益经验,走出了一条跳出中国历史"周期律"的路子。本文从中国历史周期性和前苏联解体、东欧剧变的视角,结合当前党内存在的一些问题,就如何加强党的建设和执政能力开展研讨,以讴歌我们党在这方面所作的努力,以启迪我们要永远不忘历史,牢记深刻教训,同时希望我们党永葆青春活力永不变色,实现中华民族复兴和共产主义理想的伟大事业。

This year is the 90th anniversary of the founding of CPC who Holds state power of China for 62 years long. TheGreat CPC has conducted successful exploration for how to Holds state power and use the regime, Keep the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly.
