结构化讨论:干部教育培训小组讨论方式的创新实践

Structured Discussion: the Innovative Practice in Cadres' Education and Training

创新是干部教育培训工作的灵魂。2011年春季新学期以来,中共温州市委党校在主体班次的小组讨论环节中引入了新的讨论方式———结构化讨论。基于提升结构化讨论的实际培训效果的考虑,现结合结构化讨论在主体班次小组讨论环节中的初步运用,就正确理解结构化讨论这一崭新的讨论方式及其在如何进一步提升结构化讨论实际效果的基本路径略作探讨。

Innovation is the soul of cadres' education and training.Since the spring in 2011,the Wenzhou city committee party school of CPC has introduced the new discussion way,i.e.structured discussion.Based on the consideration to promote structured discussion's actual training effect's,unifying the preliminary utilization it in the main body school grade's group discussion,this article slightly makes the discussion on how to correct understanding it and the elementary path how to further promote its actual effect.
