摘要
石庄田村本是个物质生活相对殷实、交通便利、山清水秀的小村落,但是2011年持续的干旱打破了这里的平静。展现在眼前的是人畜饮水困难、土地干裂、庄稼绝收等一系列旱情;继而诱发的农村农田水利建设、社会保障、公民道德等多方面的不足,值得社会各界,特别是相关职能部门的深思。
Shizhuangtian village is a beautiful small village whose material life is relatively well off,and transportation is convenient,but persistent drought in 2011 broke the calm there.It showed a series of droughts of the drinking water problems,dry land,harvests failed etc.;then these induced many aspects lack of farmland water conservancy construction,social security,civic virtue etc.,which are worthy of deep-thought by other community,especially the relevant functional departments.
