沿河土家族自治县是老少边穷地区,交通严重滞后,工业总量小,基础薄弱;城镇化水平低;农产品规模化生产率不高。为切实改变落后面貌,该县在市委、市政府的组织下,于2012年2月中旬开展调研工作,其目的是掌握该县"三化"建设情况和不断加快发展的思路及有效的方法和措施。

The Yanhe Tujia Nationality Autonomy County is a poor and remote area.Its transportseriously lags behind,its total of industrial output is small,its foundation is weak,its level of urbanization islow,and its productivity of agricultural scale is not high.In order to change the backwardness,the countyorganized to carry out researching work in mid-February,2012,whose purpose is to master the county's 'three modernizations' construction,continue to accelerate the development of ideas,effective methods andmeasures.
