为进一步加强党的建设,碧江区社区党建需要通过进一步确立社区党组织的主导地位,在社区建设中真正发挥领导核心作用;加强社区干部队伍建设;建立社区党建经费投入机制;实现社区党组织和社区自治组织双方的良性互动;创新社区党建模式和工作方式;从实际出发创新党员教育管理模式等措施来进一步展开工作,充分发挥其基层党建功用。

In order to further strengthen the party's construction,Bijiang District's community party construction needs to further establish the dominant position of Party organizations in community,and really play the role as the core of leadership in community construction;to strengthen the community cadre team construction;to build community party's fund investment system;to achieve positive interaction between community party organization and community autonomy organizations;to innovate party construction mode and methods of work;to innovate management of Party members education mode according to actual situation,and take other measures to further develop the work,then give full play to its function of grass-roots party construction.
