摘要
国务院国发(2009)3号文件首次提出:"成立武陵山经济协作区"。2011年11月,国务院扶贫办全面实施《武陵山片区区域发展与扶贫攻坚规划》。武陵山区要统筹区域发展,完善扶贫攻坚机制,突出特色产业,壮大旅游产业,启动基础设施建设,保护生态环境,发展社会事业,为全国11个集中连片特困地区扶贫攻坚发挥示范作用。
The State Council of Poverty Alleviation full implements 'the Wuling Mountain Area Regional Development and poverty alleviation planning'.The Wuling Mountain Area should plan regional development as a whole,improve the poverty alleviation mechanism,highlight characteristic industry,expand tourism industry,start the construction of infrastructure,protect ecological environment,develop social undertakings,and play an exemplary role for the national 11 large poverty areas' poverty alleviation.
