The social contradictions is enhanced and the innovation of social management important content.This paper takes the Yinjiang Autonomous County's contradictions and disputes' main manifestation,characteristics and causes as example,to propose the corresponding countermeasures of strengthening social management innovation,strengthening the contradictions and disputes' resolve,and constructing harmonious society under the new situation.
