从事生态文明建设理论研究与实践活动必须首先明确的逻辑起点就是生态文明的概念内涵,目前为止,生态文明概念内涵却一直是众说纷纭,莫衷一是,仁者见仁,智者见智的问题。究竟什么是生态文明,对比中西生态思想,剖析生态文明的基本组成要素,发现生态文明概念内涵的本质特征和规律,给予生态文明比较明确的界定,厘清生态文明概念内涵,对推进生态文明建设进程具有重大的理论和现实意义。
