14 Setting up Correct "the Masses View" to Be Vigilant Cognitive Deviation

正确群众观是各级领导干部开展群众工作、搞好社会管理的思想认识基础,但一些党政领导干部屡屡表现出以下错误的群众观:视领导或自己为"父母官"、高高在上;视群众个体如草芥、如无物,肆意妄为;视群众团体为刁民、为暴民,排斥对抗。影响领导干部形成正确群众观的原因很多,但自我、人际和群体三种认知偏差是更深层的认知根源。基于认知心理学的原理,可以采取一些心理学方法减少认知偏差的干扰。

Correct the Masses Viewpoint is an ideology and congnitive basis to leaders at all levels to develop the masses work and do well in society management.However,some party and government leaders often show a few of incorrect Mass Viewpoints as following: to see leaders or themselves as father-mother official,who standing high above the masses;to see the masses as worthless grass and do what they wishes without restraint;to see the masses as the 'Cunning Persons',the rioters and fight against them.There are many reasons that cause leader's incorrect Masses View.Based on principles of cognitive psychology,we can use some psychlogical methods to reduce cognitive deviation.
