城市社区党组织书记是基层党组织书记队伍的重要组成部分,是社区党组织班子的"班长","班长"素质的高低、能力的强弱,在很大程度上关系到党组织战斗堡垒作用的发挥和党组织凝聚力、战斗力的体现。我们要通过多种措施加强城市社区党组织书记队伍建设,建立服务人民群众,促进社区和谐的城市社区党组织书记队伍。
The level of quality and the ability of urban community party secretaries is largely related to the Party organizations' Battle fort action,fighting force playing party cohesion and combat.We need to strengthen the city community party secretary team through a variety of measures t,establishing service to the people,and promoting harmony city community party secretary team building.
