党的十八大报告把生态文明建设融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程,生态文明建设成为中国特色社会主义理论体系和中国特色社会主义事业"五位一体"总体布局的重要组成部分。必须以党的十八大精神为指导,充分认识生态文明建设的重要意义,正视我国生态文明建设中存在的问题,并大力推进生态文明建设。
The report of the 18th Congress of CPC requires melting the construction of ecological civilization into the entire process of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, and social construction. Ecological civilization construction becomes the important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the 'five in one' overall layout of Chinese socialism. We must take the spirit of t the 18th Congress of CPC as the guide, fully aware of the significance of ecological civilization construction, face up to the problems in its construction in China, and vigorously promote the ecological civilization construction.
