摘要
"三化",是指当前我国经济发展的"城镇化、工业化、农业现代化"目标与战略。党的十七届三中全会以来,我国城乡一体化建设进入新的发展阶段,县域财政金融支持"三化"建设是当前和今后的重要任务。那么,对于"两欠"程度深的德江,县域财政金融怎样服务"三化"建设,本文试做探讨。
'Three Modernizations' refer to China's economic development goals and strategies of urbanization, industrialization, and agricultural modernization. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 17th Party Congress, it is an important task of the current and future that the county fiscal and financial supports the construction of 'Three Modernizations'. Then, this paper tries to do explore for the county Finance how to serve 'Three Modernizations' building in less developing Dejiang.
