摘要
衡量干部教育培训的成效,主要是看两个方面:一是对干部队伍中目前存在的主要和亟待解决的问题是否找准;二是通过培训后这些问题是否得到有效解决。因此,干部教育培训所要解决的最主要问题,就是针对性和实效性问题。
To measure the effectiveness of cadres education and training, we mainly depend on two aspects: First, it whether corrcctly finds out the main problems to be solved and pinpoint in the currently cadres; Second, whether these problems are effectively solved or not through training. Therefore, the most important issue to be solved in the cadres education and training is the relevance and effectiveness issues.
