铜仁市城镇化进程中统筹解决人口问题的路径思考

Thinking on the Path of Tongren City's Comprehensive Solution Population Issues during Urbanization

为确保我市"同步小康"经济社会发展目标如期实现,必须大力推进"四化同步"、"一业振兴"。如何在加速推进城镇化这个载体建设中统筹解决好人口问题,实现人口与经济社会、资源环境协调发展是必须面对和解决的重大问题。本文以推进城镇化建设为切入点,着力于探寻统筹解决新形势下城镇化进程中的人口问题,提出了有针对性的路径选择。

To ensure that Tongren city's 'Sync off' schedule to achieve the goals of economic and social development, we must vigorously promote the 'four modernizations Sync', 'one industry revitalization.' We must face and solve major problems of how to comprehensively solve well population problems during accelerating urbanization, and to realize co-ordination development of population and economic social, resources and environmental. This paper takes the promoting urbanization as a starting point, focuses on comprehensively addressing population problems under new situation, and proposes some targeted path selections.
