摘要
作为一种发展视角,参与式发展应用到贫困村扶贫中产生了积极的效果。参与式发展理念与技术正在经历解构与重新认识并建构的过程。通过与贫困地区发展政策的融合,其在不断地适应我国贫困村的政策环境与社会现实。
As a development perspective, the participatory development has had a positive effect after it applied in poor villages. Participatory development concepts and technologies are undergoing deconstruction and new understanding and construction process. Through the integration of poverty regional development policies, it constantly adapts to the policy environment and social reality of poor villages.
