摘要
人才资源也是生产力,全面建成小康社会、奋力实现"中国梦",离不开人才支撑。本文试图从松桃苗族自治县人才工作的实践着手,找准突出矛盾和问题,积极探索新办法强势推进人才工作,促进五个文明协调发展。
This paper attempts to proceed from the practical work of Songtao Miao Autonomous County talent, finds out the prominent contradictions and problems, and actively explore new ways to promote a strong talent, and promote the coordinated development of five civilizations.
