摘要
为研究砧木山桃Prunus davidiana侧枝对嫁接苗接穗生长的影响,7月上旬将苗龄为60d紫叶矮樱P.×cistena‘pissardii’嫁接苗分为最后1次修剪(疏管苗)和正常修剪(正常苗)两个处理,11月苗木调查结果表明,疏管苗砧木新萌蘖侧枝使接穗枝条生长减弱,分枝数显著减少,接穗枝条总长度、接穗中部直径显著小于正常苗;疏管苗砧木萌蘖侧枝总长度显著大于正常苗木接穗枝条总长度。7月上旬完成全年除蘖量50%,不再除蘖将导致60%以上苗木失去作为嫁接苗培育的价值。
To study the effects of side-branches of Prunusdavidianarootstock on its scion,in early July,2014,some 60 d Purpleleaf Sandcherry,P.×scistena ‘Pissardii'grafts were divided into two groups,i.e.,one was not pruning side-branches of the rootstocks any more(the non-pruned grafts,the NPGs)and the other was pruning them as the routine rules(the routine-pruned grafts,the RPGs),and then in December,the growth of the two groups of grafts was surveyed.According to t-test results,the number of the scion branches,the total scion branch length,and diameter in the middle of the scion of the NPGs were significantly less than those of the RPGs,but the total branch length of the NPG's rootstock was significantly longer than that of the RPG's scion.About 50%tiller cutting jobs had been finished up to early July and more than 60% grafts would lose their value if twigs of the rootstocks were not pruned any longer.
