摘要
为了探索盐柳1号扦插快繁最经济适合的方法,本文对不同茎段长度、粗度的盐柳进行了基质扦插和水培扦插试验,对展叶率、生长量、成活率进行了统计分析。结果表明:基质扦插生长效果好于水培扦插;结合林业实际生产,选用长度为4cm的直径为0.4~1cm插穗进行盐柳的扦插快繁最经济。
In order to explore the most economical way for cutting propagation of Salix psammophila‘Yanliu Yihao',the paper did experiments on substrate cutting and hydroponics cutting of different length and diameter of cuttings,and the percentage of leaf-spreading,growth and survival rate were statistically analyzed.The results showed that:The cuttings growed well in substrate cutting better than in hydroponics cutting;Considering the practical production in forestry,we should select the cuttings length of 4cm and 0.4~1cm in diameter for cutting propagation as the most economical way.
