大数据技术运用于油气田物探、钻井系统工程投资成本分析的思考 被引量:7

摘要 目前油气田物探、钻井系统工程投资在投资总额中占比较高,成本分析工作可为工程投资计划符合率提供技术支撑,为降本增效提供数量化依据和建议。针对传统投资成本分析中存在的问题,提出油气田公司运用信息化平台大数据技术对物探、钻井系统工程成本分析的内涵、思路、方法和工作程序。研究结果表明:①大数据技术可以借助信息化平台进行数据识别,对工程投资决策起到成本预测作用,并且通过数据实时更新及时纠正实施过程中的偏差,为气田规模效益开发提供支撑;②信息化平台成本分析的主要功能包括采集有效信息及建立健全成本大数据库功能,构建成本分析、预测、预警和过程管控功能和大数据分析技术为投资成本决策提供智能化支持功能;③信息化平台可增加因素分析法进行物探、钻井系统工程投资成本分析评价。结论认为:油气田公司应通过试验其他有效的成本分析方法,加快大数据分析技术科学建模和选择典型工程利用信息化平台大数据分析技术进行成本分析测试等办法,尽快建立并推广应用物探、钻井系统工程投资成本大数据分析体系。 At present,the proportion of the geophysical exploration and drilling system engineering investment in the total investment of oil/gas field is higher,and strengthening the cost analysis can provide the technical guarantee for the coincidence rate of engineering investment plan and the qualified basis and suggestions for cost decreasing and benefit increasing.In this paper,PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gas Field Company was taken as the example to solve the problems of traditional investment cost analysis.The connotation,idea,method and procedure of applying the information platform based big data technology to analyze the cost of geophysical exploration and drilling system engineering were described.And the following research results were obtained.First,the big data technology can identify the data by using the information platform,predict the cost for engineering investment decision making and correct the deviation in the process of implementation in time based on real-time data updating,so as to provide the support for the large-scale benefit development of gas fields.Second,the functions of information platform cost analysis mainly include the effective information acquisition&cost big data base establishment and completion,the cost analysis,prediction,early warning and process control and the big data analysis to provide the intelligent support for investment cost decision making.Third,the information platform can be added with the factor analysis method to analyze and evaluate the investment cost of geophysical exploration and drilling system engineering.In conclusion,PetroChina Southwest Oil&Gas Field Company shall test other effective cost analysis methods,speed up the scientific modeling of big data analysis technology,and select the typical engineering to analyze its cost by using the information platform based big data analysis technology,so as to establish,popularize and apply the big data analysis system of geophysical exploration and drilling system engineering investment cost as soon as possible.
