摘要
分析黄、渭、北洛河的洪水遭遇对渭河的影响表明,当渭河流量很小时,潼关1000~2000m^3/s洪水就能倒灌至渭河华阴以上;当潼关与华县流量比值大于200时,回水长度明显增大。通过计算各种洪水涨率对汇流区的滞洪削峰作用,给出了根据相应入库流量的涨率预报潼关洪峰流量的方案。
Through analysing the effects of encounted floods of the Yellow River, Wei River and Beiluo River on the Wei River, it shows that when the discharge of the Wei River is small, discharge at Tongguan is about 1000~2000m^3/s, the flood water would flow back to the section above Huayin on the Wei River, and when the specific value of discharge of Tongguan on the Yellow River and Huaxian on the Wei River is greater than 200m^3/s the distance of back water will be remarkably increased. The paper has put forward a scenario for forecasting the peak discharge at Tongguan based on the relative discharge coming into the reservoir and function of detention and peak cutting in the confluent area by calculating the different rate of water raising.
