铜仁学院“山”字型人才培养模式的内在逻辑探析 被引量:5

摘要 正确把握人才培养模式的概念内涵,对提升人才培养质量具有重要的学术价值和现实指导意义。基于教育哲学视角,从理念、制度、实践三个维度,剖析铜仁学院"山"字型人才培养模式的内涵,认为大学的价值理念引领人才培养的目标定位、区域经济转型的需求重塑人才培养的能力定位,是人才培养模式理论建构的应然逻辑;知识发展的内在逻辑和职业能力发展的实际要求,是人才培养方案和课程体系整体设计应遵循的规程;山"字型人才培养模式的实践过程中,逐渐形成了"一核心、二理念、三体系、四平台、三路径"的内在逻辑体系。 Correctly mastering the concept and connotation of talent training mode has important academic value and practical guiding significance for improving the quality of talent training.Based on the perspective of educational philosophy,the connotation of the 'epsilon-type' talent training mode in Tongren University is analyzed from three dimensions of concept,system and practice.The goal orientation of talent training guided by the university’s value concept and the ability orientation of talent training reshaped by the needs of regional economic transformation are the natural logic for the theoretical construction of talent training mode.The internal logic of knowledge development and the actual requirements of professional ability development are the rules required to be followed in the overall design of talent training programs and curriculum systems.During the practice of 'epsilon-type' talent training mode,an internal logic system of 'one core,two concepts,three systems,four platforms and three paths' has been formed gradually.
