Comprehensive Evaluation of Sustainable Land Use in Langfang city

摘要 为探究自然禀赋相似区域土地资源可持续利用水平差异,协调区域发展,该文以廊坊市为研究区域,从土地利用经济效益、集约程度、生态安全和社会可接受性方面选取了18个指标,运用因子分析法分析了指标权重,以综合指标法得出了8个县域土地可持续利用的综合评分,并运用ArcGIS软件对评价结果进行了空间分析。结果表明:廊坊市土地利用总体水平较低,各县域间差异显著,生态安全成为发展较快地区土地可持续利用的重要制约因素;从空间上看,区位因素对土地利用影响极为显著,廊坊市土地可持续利用水平从北向南为逐渐降低趋势,南北两端形成极大极差,土地可持续利用呈现极不平衡状态。廊坊市土地利用受京津地区影响显著,土地可持续利用水平空间分异明显,在未来发展中,应着力发展南部地区,以平衡南北地区发展间差异。 In order to explore the differences of the levels of sustainable utilization of land resources in the similar natural condition area and coordinate regional development, Langfang was taken as the study area, 18 indices were selected from the economic benefits of land use, intensive, ecological security and social acceptability. The comprehensive scores of sustainable land use in 8 counties were calculated using the factor analysis method and comprehensive index method. The evaluation results were analyzed by spatial analysis based on ArcGIS software, which was presented that the overall level of land use in Langfang city was low with a significant difference between counties. Ecological security became an important factor which restricted the fast regional sustainable land use development. From the space, locational factors extremely significantly influenced land use. The distribution of the level of the sustainable land use in Langfang city was gradually decreased from north to south with a great gap between north and south. The sustainable land use was presented extremely imbalance state. The land use of Langfang City was significantly influenced by Beijing-Tianjin Region with an obvious spatial variability of sustainable land use. Therefore, it should be focus on the development of the southern region in order to balance the development between north and south, in future.
