摘要
连作障碍已成为制约草莓产业可持续发展的一个关键因素。采用连作5年草莓的土壤进行盆栽试验,研究了土壤修复剂对草莓植株生长、根际土壤酶活性和矿质氮含量的影响。结果表明:土壤修复剂能够显著提高草莓植株的株高、根长、地上部和地下部鲜重;能够显著提高连作草莓根际土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和多酚氧化酶的酶活性和矿质氮含量;定植期施加修复剂的效果好于幼果期,定植期和幼果期各施一次的效果最好。修复剂可以起到缓解草莓连作障碍的作用。
Continuous cropping obstacle has become a key factor of limiting the sustainable development of strawberry industry in China. A plot experiment was carried out to study the effects of soil amendment on strawberry growth, soil enzyme activity and mineral nitrogen content in continuous cropping system for 5 years. The results indicated that soil amendment could significantly increase plant height, root length, and root fresh weight of strawberry. It also could significantly improve the activities of urease, invertase, polyphenol oxidase and the content of mineral nitrogen of soil. In addition, the effect applied the soil amendment at planting stage was better than at young fruit stage, meanwhile, it should be applied once at planting stage and young fruit stage respectively. Soil amendment could relieve continuous cropping obstacle of strawberry.
