摘要
采用线性规划模型,设定生态效益和经济效益作为目标函数,在土地面积、社会经济、生态环境等方面设置约束条件,对曹妃甸新区目标年土地利用结构进行优化配置研究,并将其结果作为CA-ANN模型约束条件,模拟曹妃甸新区土地利用空间布局。研究结果:(1)曹妃甸新区优化后,沿海滩涂和盐田减少较为明显,耕地略有所减,建设用地、港口码头和林地呈现增加趋势;优化后经济效益和生态效益均有所增加。(2)运用CA-ANN模型进行空间结构优化。模拟结果在空间布局以及其他规划的衔接上较为合理,为土地资源可持续利用提供借鉴。基于线性规划的CA-ANN模型能够实现土地资源的优化配置,研究方法较为合理,拓展了土地资源优化配置研究思路。
In order to optimize allocation of land resource in quantity and space and to promote sustainable land use the authors built up a linear programming model to optimize the allocation of land use structure in Caofeidian New District in 2020 in terms of Tachieving economic and ecological benefits. Then, by using the results of structural optimization as constraints, we used the artificial neural networks and cellular automata(ANN + CA) model to simulate and predict the change of land use from 2010 to 2020. The results showed that compared to the status of land structure in 2010, that in 2020 will not change significantly, but the economic and ecological benefits will change obviously. The CA-ANN could be used to achieve the target of spatial allocation and simulation on land resources, and to provide reference for the sustainable use of land resources.
