摘要
北京山区属于我国典型的北方土石山区,山区面积占全市总面积的62%。近年来,北京市提出生态清洁小流域建设的思路以来,山区水土流失情况虽得到了一定的治理效果,但其复杂的地质地形条件导致近几年地质灾害频发,水资源污染加剧。本研究基于小流域规划系统科学、生态学、水文学、景观生态学、地理信息科学等相关理论和技术,全面分析引发山区小流域地质灾害的间接原因和小流域规划治理工作中的薄弱环节如生态风险预报系统的不完善、现有水保措施效益评价内容的缺失、小流域水土流失面源污染等,提出合理的治理小流域的新对策与建议,为更好地建设北京山区小流域奠定良好的基础。
The mountainous area in Beijing account for 62 percent of the city's total area. Though the situation of soil erosion has been improved since setting up the small eco- clean watershed management program in Beijing. The complex geological and topographical conditions still cause frequent geological disasters and water pollution in recent years. In this paper, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of small watershed managements in Beijing mountainous area, focusing mainly on ecological risk forecasting system, benefit evaluation method, soil and water conservation measures. Then we put forward some new rational strategies and recommendations on the management of small watershed
