黑土区剥离建设占用耕地表土用于农村居民点复垦的技术经济分析 被引量:13

Technological and Economic Feasibility Analysis on the Surface Soil Stripped for Rural Residential Reclamation in Mollisol Region

摘要 研究黑土区农村居民点整治过程中剥离新村建设占用耕地表土用于旧村址复垦的效益,以探讨表土剥离再利用的技术经济可行性。通过对吉林市大荒地村的实地调研和对其表土剥离实施成本的综合分析,表明:耕地表土土壤结构好,有机质和肥力水平高,剥离其用于旧村址复垦,可以迅速熟化新增耕地,保证新增耕地的质量;但是表土剥离与旧村址覆土过程中双向剥土、运土、覆土费用非常高。研究认为:农村居民点整治过程中剥离新村建设占用耕地表土用于旧村址复垦,既要考虑技术可行性,又要考虑经济可行性,要因地制宜。 This research was to study the reclamation efficiency when surface soil stripped from cultivated land by construction occupation in new village was used to reclaim in old village during the process of comprehensive consolidation of rural residential area, and discussed the technological and economic feasibility of reutilize of stripped surface soil. Taking Dahuangdi Village as study case, this research conducted the technological and economic feasibility analysis of surface soil, which was stripped from cultivated land occupied by constructing new rural residential area, to cover old rural residential area using the methods of field research and cost analysis. Results showed that surface soil layer of Mollisol was good in soil structure and in soil fertility. The rural residential reclamation area could make the reclaimed cultivated land mature and fertile quickly. Otherwise, the cost of stripped surface soil layer to cover old rural residential area for increasing cultivated land was high, due to the dual-direction stripping soil, transporting soil and covering soil in the process. All the results indicated technological feasibility and economic availability should be taken into account, when surface soil stripped from cultivated land occupation by construction in new village was used to reclaim in old village during the process of comprehensive consolidation of rural residential area.
