摘要
我国南北地区土壤资源分布不平衡,北方地区土地面积广袤,土壤资源富足,尤其是黑土地,土壤肥沃,土层深厚;而南方地区土地面积相对较少,土壤资源匮乏,土壤质量低下。若能效仿南水北调、北煤南运、西气东输、西电东送等工程,将"北土""南运",不仅可以对解决我国土地资源分布不均衡问题起到很好的作用,还可以提高我国土地资源整体土壤质量、土壤肥力,从长期来讲,对于农业生产与经济社会发展都具有重要意义。本文设想了"北土南运"的内容,分析了"北土南运"的必要性、可行性及设想实施的现实问题和潜在风险,恳请批评指正。
The imbalanced distribution of soil resources exists between the northern and southern China. For comparison, soil resourcesare abundant in the vast land of northern China, including Isohumosolsand Alfisolswith deep and fertile soil; while in southern China, the soil resources suchas Ferralsols and Ferralosolswith shallow and poor quality arerelatively inadequate. To address this situation, soil transportation from north to south project could be conceived following the projects such as South-to-North Water Diversion Project(SNWD), coal transportation from north to south project, West-East Pipeline project, and West-East Electricity Transmission project. In this paper, the supposed idea of soil transportation from north to south project is expounded including its necessity, feasibility,practical problems, and potential risks. If this idea can be put into effect, both problems due to imbalanced distribution of soil resources in China should be solved and land quality and fertility should be improved, which is important for agriculture and economy development.
