旅游踩踏对五台山北台山地草甸土酶活性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Tourist Trampling on the Enzyme Activity of Mountain Meadow Soil in Beitai Scenic Spot of Wutai Mountain

摘要 在不同的海拔高度及旅游踩踏程度下,以五台山北台山地草甸土为研究对象,通过野外调查与室内分析,研究了海拔及旅游踩踏程度对北台山地草甸土酶活性的影响。研究结果表明:旅游踩踏对土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性的抑制作用显著,表现为踩踏严重区<踩踏轻微区<无踩踏区,且0~20 cm土壤酶活性高于20~40 cm土壤酶活性;与脲酶和蔗糖酶活性比较,旅游踩踏对土壤磷酸酶的影响较小,其中在海拔3045 m的山地草甸土中,两个土层的踩踏区土壤磷酸酶活性与无踩踏区均差异显著(P<0.05);在海拔2870 m下,0~20 cm踩踏区土壤磷酸酶活性与无踩踏区差异显著,但20~40 cm踩踏区土壤磷酸酶活性与无踩踏区差异不显著;旅游踩踏对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的抑制作用差异不显著,但土壤过氧化氢酶活性整体表现为0~20 cm土层低于20~40 cm土层。由此可知,五台山北台山地草甸土酶活性受到人为踩踏的破坏,旅游管理部门应采取相应措施,保护景区健康发展。 This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of tourist trampling on enzyme activities of meadow soils along an altitude in Beitai of Wutai Mountain. The results showed that tourist trampling significantly inhibited soil urease and invertase activities, which were highest in trample serious areas, mediate in trample slight areas and lowest in no trample areas. Soil enzyme activities were significantly higher in the 0 ~ 20 cm depth than in the 20 ~ 40 cm depth. Tourist trampling had little effect on soil phosphatase activity with minor exception. Soil phosphatase activity was significantly different between stamped and non- stamped areas at altitude of 3045 m in both depths and at altitude of 2870 m in the 0 ~ 20 cm depth(P < 0.05). Tourist trampling did not significantly influence soil catalase activity, which was generally higher in the 20 ~ 40 cm depth than the 0 ~ 20 cm depth. This study indicated that soil enzyme activities in Beitai Scenic Spot of Wutai Mountain was severely destroyed by tourist trampling, so the government should take actions to protect Wutai Mountain for sustainability.
