On knowing from experience of the master’s duty of Secondary school

中职班主任要切实做到为学生服务,用条例严格要求学生,充分发挥班干部的骨干作用及师生间亲密无间的感情交流等要素。

The masters of secondary school must serve for the students and be very strict with the with regu laions and should bring the backbone of the cadres of the class into full play,and keep closed touch with the students to communicate between the teachers and the students.
