摘要
在我国司法实践中滥用公司人格的形式、规避法律和合同义务的现象大量地存在,而适用公司人格否认制度来保护债权人的合法权益,保护公平、保护有序的市场秩序,就必须建立健全法律法规,为公司人格否认原则的适用提供有力的依据。
In practice of justice,the phenomenon that the character of company is always abused to escape being punished by law is existing in a large number in our country.We must perfectly establish laws and regulations to offer strong evidences to protect fair and maintain the market order while the system is used to protect the creditor’s legitimate rights and interests.
