摘要
物质文明从来不能脱离精神文明而独立存在。人是物质文明和精神文明的载体,是历史与文明的距焦点。而西部大开发正是人们物质文明和精神文明的大开发。如何把握精神力向物质力的转化,这是思想政治教育在西部大开发中应该把握好的契机。
Materal civiliation never apart from spirtiual civiliation as alone. Human is carrying the body of Materal civiliation and spirtiual civiliation. Human is apart from tht focus of history and civilization. Developing the wastern Area is opening human’s Materal civiliation and Spirtiual civiliation. How to master the spirtiual turn in to Materal is agood opportunity which thought the political education act in developing the western Area.
