树立正确的统计数据观

Establishing a Right Viewpoint of Statistics

统计数据观是指对待统计数据的立场、观点及态度的总和,其实质就是如何看待和使用统计数据的问题。笔者认为,树立正确统计数据观,是实施"数据管理"的必然要求,是贯彻落实科学发展观和正确政绩观的具体体现,是统计自身发展的现实需要。并从加强对统计知识的宣传、普及和学习、加强对统计数据信息的管理和建立科学、合理的政绩和业绩考核评价机制三个方面对树立正确统计数据观的基本途径进行了探讨。

View of statistics means the sum total of stand, viewpoints, and attitude. The central point at issue is how to treat and how to use the data. Regarded by the author, cultivating the right attitude of viewpoints of data is a certain necessary for carrying out the management of data, is a concrete embodiment to put into effect the view of scientific development and view of right political achievement, and is a practical necessary of statistical itself development. Three aspects should be set up with right statistical viewpoints to reinforce management of statistical data with reasonable political achievement and system of accomplishment check to reinforce propagating, popularizing and studying.
