摘要
房室传导系统发生前向性(房-室传导)传导阻滞时,其逆向传导(室-房传导)功能不一定有相同程度的障碍,有时在完全性房室阻滞时可观察到逸搏性心律的QRS波逆传至心房而产生逆向型P波,呈单向性房室阻滞。心房夺获也受逆向性干扰。
When Atrio-ventricular conductive system is occurring conductive block in proper order,conductive block in counter current will not be sure as the same degree barrier.From QRS Wave of pulse heartmelody to ventricle in different direction that will appear opposite P Wave,sometimes,which can be observed under the situation of utter Atrio-ventricular block in single direction.Atrium capturing will be also interfered by opposite direction.
