颈部是全身浅表淋巴结最密集的部位。淋巴结炎、恶性淋巴瘤,各种转移癌常引起颈部浅表淋巴结肿大。作者总结了4年来72例颈部淋巴结肿大的病理活检资料,得出一定的临床经验体会。

The neck part is the most dense position of systemic and shallow lymph gland. There are lymph gland inflammation,malignant lymphoma and all kinds of metastatio cancer,which often cause intumescence of shallow lymph gland. The author has summarized pathologic active inspection information for 72 cases of lymph gland intumescence in the neck part since four years. It has come to certain experience and realization of clinical research.
