摘要
科学合理的青少年体能训练结构形式,不仅应遵循体能训练的原则,而且还要考虑心理、生理特点及其承受力。只有这样,才能达到科学训练的目的。同时,对青少年的成长也起到一个积极的促进作用。
Scientific,reasonable structures and forms of physical strength training for teenagers,which follow not only the principle of physical training,but also the consideration of physiology,psychological character and capacity of endurance for undergoing training objects. Only in this way,can it reach the aim of scientific training. Meanwhile,it also can play a positive acceleration role to grow up teenagers.
