党员干部理论学习存在很多问题和矛盾,必须要提高对加强和改进理论学习重要性的认识,使理论学习由"软任务"变为"硬任务",由"软指标"变为"硬指标"
There are many existent problems and contradiction for party member staffs in the course of theoretical studies.They must enhance the recognition of reinforcing and improving learning importance.It makes theoretical studies change into "hard mission" from "soft mission" and "hard index sign" from "soft index sign" .
