In recent years, along with unceasing growth of the working pressure and the burden, teachers’ psychological questions were more and more prominent in professional colleges and universities.Its common manifestation include exhausted feeling, psychological function damage, unstable mood somzatization characteristic and so on. There are various reasons causing teachers’psychology questions. only the school and teachers’ joint effort, can we create one harmonious, warm, positive enterprising working conditions, also effectively promoting the teachers’ healthy level in psychologically.
