摘要
小鹅瘟是雏鹅感染鹅细小病毒(Goose plaguevirus,GPV)所引起的一种急性败血型传染病,病程短且死亡率很高,主要侵害1月龄以内的雏鹅和雏番鸭。目前,市场销售的对此病进行免疫和治疗的抗小鹅瘟血清存在产量低、成本高,且容易导致某些鹅源疫病的传播的缺点。笔者采用从贵州铜仁市等地的养鹅场采集的病鹅分离出的小鹅瘟野生强毒株接种于9日龄的鹅胚尿囊液制备了小鹅瘟病毒抗原,并用小鹅瘟病毒抗原加弗氏佐剂后,分多次皮下注射结合静脉注射小鹅瘟病毒抗原免疫贵州黑、白山羊。颈动脉一次性放血制备抗小鹅瘟异源高免血清,用琼脂扩散进行效价的测定,结果显示其抗体效价平均都在1∶8以上。将制备的血清与市售的抗小鹅瘟进行了对比试验,结果市售的抗小鹅瘟血清的保护率为85%,山羊抗小鹅瘟高免血清的保护率为95%。山羊抗小鹅瘟异源高免血清具有效价高、成本低、安全性好等优点。
Goose Plague(GP),an acute infectious disease lost blood type in gooes, was caused by goose parvovirus(GPV),Short course of the disease and high mortality, mainly against the less than 1 month old and young goslings Muscovy. Following the 10-day-old goslings morbidity, mortality rate could be as high as 100 percent. At present, that anti-plague serum on Goose in market was used in many Goose farm was immunized and treated to Gosling . However, it is low-yield, high cost, and easily lead to the disease of geese source spread.. In this paper, the wild gosling plague XW highly virulent strains of vaccination that was isolated from Tongren, Guizhou and other places Goose farm,. gosling plague virus antigen was prepared in the 9-day-old embryo goose allantoic fluid with the Virus, goose parvovirus antigen added with Freund,s complete Adjuvant was used to immunized goats of guizhou with several spots subcutaneous and vien injection. serum of anti-alien Goose Plague High-immunized was collected in Carotid artery bleeding of one-time. Virulent Goose parvovirus antigen was used to immunized goats intravenous injection. High-immunized serum with 1:8 Agar precipitation antibody titers was getted. Will be prepared by the anti-serum and the market blast were compared High-immunized, The results showed that the market blast,prevented rate were 85% and the High-immunized were 95%.The high-immunized serum has the advantage of high titers, low prices and security.
