The Initial Discussion of the Impact on Nursing Intervention to Hemodialysis Puncture Patients Comfort

目的:探讨护理干预对首次血液透析直接穿刺病人舒适度的影响。方法:对照组按血液透析护理常规护理,观察组在此基础上增加认知、情绪和行为的护理干预,如建立良好的护患关系,尊重理解病人,以平等、信任面对病人,加强疾病相关知识宣教等。结果:正确的护理干预可减轻病人的焦虑情绪,提高疼痛阈值,增强病人舒适度,减少透析中的并发症,提高透析质量。

Objective: To explore the impact that nursing intervention to hemodialysispatients puncture comfort directly for the first time. Method: the control group on conventional hemodialysis nursing care, observation group on the basis of this increased awareness, emotional and behavioral intervention of care, such as the establishment of a good nurse-patient relationship, respect for the understanding of the patient, to equality, trust in the face of the patient, to enhance disease missions and other related knowledge. Results: the right care and intervention to reduce the patient’s anxiety, increased pain threshold, enhanced patient comfort, reduce dialysis in the complications and improve the quality of dialysis.
