通过对高职院校发展和教育教学改革的研究,认为高职院校发展要从宏观和未来的角度进行思考,要重视对学院价值观的导向、学院的经营与发展等问题的研究。同时认为,高职院校的教育教学改革,要重视对具有一定技能的和谐发展的人的培养,要选准学院内涵建设的主要载体,要明确学院教育教学改革的逻辑起点,坚信师资队伍建设是永恒的主题。

Through the research of the development and educational reform at higher vocational colleges,we should think the development of higher vocational colleges from the macro point of view and the future.Meanwhile,we should also pay attention to the college-oriented values,the operations and development and other issues.At the same time,we believe that the human culture of the harmonious development of a certain degree of skill should be paid attention to higher education reform.It is necessary to select the right main carrier building of college connotation and to make sure logical starting point to the education and reform at colleges.At last,we firmly believe that the teacher ranks is the eternal subject.
