本文在概述甘薯茎叶营养保健功能基础上,简述了甘薯茎叶速冻、腌制工艺和甘薯保健酒的酿造工艺,介绍了甘薯茎叶饮料、甘薯茎叶冰淇淋、甘薯茎叶保健茶的制作方法。
This article outlined in the stems and leaves of sweet potato nutrition and health care on the basis of features,quick-frozen on the stems and leaves of sweet potato,sweet potato curing process and the health of the wine brewing technology,introduced the stems and leaves of sweet potato beverage,stems and leaves of sweet potato ice cream,sweet potato leaves and stems health tea production methods.
