随着医学模式的转变,护理模式已演变为"以病人为中心"的系统化整体护理,尤其是随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高和人们健康意识的不断增强,护理的概念已得到极大的延伸。因此,护理人员的人文知识和修养显得尤为重要。本文重点介绍了提高护士人文修养的途径和方法,旨在引起同仁们的重视,为社会培养新型的护理人才。

With the medical model,also the evolution of nursing as "patient-centered" holistic care,in particular with the development of society,living standards and people’s health and growing awareness,the concept of care has been greatly extended. Therefore,the nursing staff knowledge and cultivation of the humanities seems particularly important. This article focuses on the humanities to improve the nurses of the ways and means of self-cultivation is to arouse the colleagues of the importance of training a new type of community care professionals.
