摘要
本文以上海市两家公司高校毕业生为研究样本,以他们的收入水平、职业期望以及所受教育年限与其工作所需教育年限匹配与否为主因子,结合他们在性别、学历、工作能力、学科、毕业院校、职务、工作年限、专业与工作岗位匹配与否方面的不同背景,探讨了我国高校毕业生过度教育的整体状况和分布特征。研究发现,我国高校毕业生过度教育总体比例很高,并且往往发生在本科学历、工作能力一般、学习工科、毕业于一般院校、处于一般的工作岗位、工作年限较长、所学专业与其工作岗位不匹配的高校毕业生身上。目前我国在这一方面的研究还比较薄弱,有待加强研究。
Based on higher school graduates of two companies in the city of shanghai, taking theirs income level, occupation expect as well as education age limit matches or not as primarily factors, this paper studies the overall condition and distributed characteristic of higher school graduates in our country from the following dimensions:gender, academic degree, working ability, disciplines, graduation colleges, positions, working life, major and operating post matches or not of higher school graduates.The found suggests that the over-education proportion of higher school graduates in our country is very high, and the following graduates are over-educated easily:undergraduate academic degree, general working ability, engineering course, graduate from the general colleges or universities, general positions, long working life, major not to match with their operating post.We should strengthen to study the over-education of higher school graduates.
